As well as looking good, healthy skin makes us feel better. And how we look after ourselves on the inside can be seen on the outside.

Our skin is key to our health and well-being. The largest organ of the human body, as well as acting as a first line of defence against external aggressions, a healthy skin maintains the body’s water levels and helps regulate temperature. Skin condition also has a significant impact on our self-esteem.
The skin is made up of three layers: the epidermis on top, then the dermis, and the deepest is the hypodermis, and each layer consists of various sub-layers.
